CENTUM
No bounce-back · no comparison

Your postpartum body doesn’t bounce back. It rebuilds — over your 7-Day, from the inside out.

These first weeks aren’t for the scale — they’re for healing. We find the smallest, safest movements a recovering body can actually hold, and we start exactly there.

Your body didn't 'bounce back' in 6 weeks. It won't. And that's not the goal. The goal is recovery—actual healing—while sleep-deprived and hormonally volatile. We built a protocol for that person.

    Whole-body strength

We never rush a phase. Your nervous system sets the pace — this week asks for a few quiet minutes a day, slipped into a feed or a walk.

what no one designs for

We built this for the body that actually had the baby.

Not the influencer who hired it out. The one running on four hours of sleep, with a wall that hasn’t closed and hormones that cry at diaper commercials. If any of this is true for you, you are exactly who this is for.

the impossible math

You gained 30 lbs over 9 months and you're supposed to lose it in 6 weeks while nursing every 3 hours and sleeping 4 hours/night. The math is insane. Influencers aren't sleeping 4 hours/night.

the missing core

Every fitness program assumes you have core stability. You don't. You have a separated abdominal wall, pelvic floor trauma, and hormone levels that make you cry watching diaper commercials. You can't do burpees.

the body that changed

Postpartum bodies look different. Breasts change, skin is looser, your center of gravity is different. Everything you see online shows women who didn't actually *have* the baby; they hired someone to do it for them.

the method, drawn as a body

We rebuild from the inside out — and refuse to skip a layer.

Recovery has an order. The pelvic floor and breath first, the deep core next, whole-body strength last. You can’t load a wall that hasn’t knit back together — so this plan won’t let you. The brighter ring is where your 7-day plan puts you now.

    Restore· Pelvic floor & breathyou’re here

Before intensity, stability. We open with a pelvic-floor assessment and breathwork — quiet enough to do during a feed.

    Days 1–2
  2. 02

Reconnect· Deep core — the wall knits back

A separated abdominal wall is coaxed back with isolation work. No crunches, no burpees, no loading a wall that hasn’t healed.

    Days 3–5
  3. 03

    Rebuild· Whole-body strength

Only now does real strength layer on — movement that returns without the leaking, the bracing, or the consequence.

    Days 6–7

We never load the outer ring before the inner one holds. That isn’t slower — it’s the only order that actually lasts.

how the protocol holds

Three gentle moves. No deadline, no comparison.

Nothing here demands a calm morning or a babysitter you don’t have. The protocol attaches to the day you’re already living and adjusts to how recovery is actually going.

step 01

Honor the recovery, not the deadline

We start with pelvic floor assessment (online questionnaire), not with calorie counting. The first 30 days are about movement quality, not intensity. Your nervous system is still in 'new baby' mode.

step 02

Attach movement to the already-chaotic day

Movements happen during feeds (pelvic floor), during walks (you're going outside anyway), during naps (restorative, not intense). No special time blocks. No extra babysitting.

step 03

Weekly check-in with a coach who had kids

15 minutes/week. How's sleep? How's mood? How's actual recovery? We adjust intensity based on your nervous system state, not a pre-written plan.

first gentle wins · the arc

Small victories first — your 7-Day of healing.

Before anything shifts on the outside, the inside steadies. A pelvic floor that holds. A mood that levels. That comes first, on purpose.

Day 1 · where you startDay 7 · steadier, stronger
Day 3Day 7
Day 3

The first small victories: you sneeze without leaking. The pelvic floor holds a little more each day.

Day 7 · you made it

Pelvic floor feels more stable. You sneezed without leaking. Small victories. Energy is returning. Mood is less volatile.

from the cohort

Not transformations. Mothers who let the body heal first.

No before-and-afters, no six-week miracles, no comparing your recovery to anyone’s feed. Just the relief of a plan that finally met the body you actually have.

Nobody told me I’d start with breathing, not burpees. By the end of the first phase I sneezed without leaking and actually cried — happy, for once.

honest answers

The questions you’re already whispering.

We’ve heard each of these from a tired mother at 3 a.m. No fine print, no shame, no pretending recovery is linear.

Q01I'm 6 weeks postpartum and bleeding still. Can I start?
+

No. You start at 8 weeks minimum, 12 weeks ideal. Before that, it's about rest and gentle walks. When you join, you'll take a pelvic floor assessment and we'll map your starting point from there.

Q02I'm breastfeeding. Will this make my supply drop?
+

No. We build in enough calories and hydration to maintain supply. In fact, many mothers find their supply stabilizes when their stress drops.

Q03My body looks nothing like it did before. Is this realistic?
+

Yes. And that's okay. You grew a human. Your hips might be wider. Your breasts are different. This protocol is about you feeling strong and capable *now*, not about erasing the fact that you were pregnant.

Q04What if I have diastasis recti?
+

We have a specific 100-day protocol for that. First 6 weeks are isolation work. Then we layer in integrated movement. You'll be assessed on day 1, and we'll know if you need this track.

two minutes, no card

Begin where your body actually is.

A gentle 7-day start, built around feeds, walks, and naps — never against them. The quiz takes two minutes, asks where your recovery actually is, and maps a plan to the body you have today — not the one a feed says you should.
